Master Yogananda

I thank the Creator the happy opportunity to take part in this movement. I feel myself small, not deserving an Avatar title. I am a small being that, in my last incarnation, dedicated myself to lead to the most distant of the places, the experience undergone in the temples of India and propagate the advantages of a life based on the teachings of the great Masters. I admired the ideas of Lord Buddha, Lord Krishna and the examples of the great Masters. We acquire, throughout the study, a considerable formation based on the elevated principles of the great Masters. We exercised, meditated and created a habit. The meditation makes us interacting with the Universe and enables us to open the level of conscience; we benefit ourselves while receiving the energetic flows, getting a better control of the body and the mind. The mankind should know the awesome progress the meditation brings to us.

I knew that there were a pretty distant people that might be benefited, so I left my Country. I tried to spread the advantages of the meditation and of a life devoted to the next one. I dedicated all my life to spread the benefits of the meditation and the words of the great Masters, teachings that allow to us the conquest of the balance and the inner peace. As I have already said here, I mirrored myself on the wisdom of the oriental masters, but I had a deep respect for everything I read in the Holy Bible, for the teachings of Master Jesus and for the lesson of love that was always given to us by Virgin Maria.

I made the “Self” in order to lead to a bigger number of people, the conquests that I got through a life turned to the discipline and a deep mental control. The mind is very powerful and the man does not use his capacity. Through the meditation  are discovered new potentials. Meditation links us to this immense Universe, the place of all those embodied here. It is an exercise of transmutation and a training process. But, I tell you that the principal, what will bring the peace of Master Jesus is the intelligent change besides the control of the thoughts, attitudes and words. For the pupil, it will worth it a little meditates only.

Change your lives; mirror yourselves on the principles of the Universal love. Be charitable; do not judge your next one. Honor your father and your mother. Love your brother without waiting for a reward. Take care of your bodies, precious ones that the Creator gave to you; do not mistreat your cells. The body is temporary; it belongs to the Mother Nature. Clean your hearts from the bitterness, the hatred and intolerance and you will see the results. You will have a cleaner mind and a healthier body.

All, who have been transmitting their ideas here, have told you about the merit law. The Merit Law is Universal. Do not wait for a reward, since you all will conquer just what you deserve.

I see in my beloved India, the temples being inhabited by those that seek the Nirvana, they seek the spiritual elevation. The great Masters have been alerting them so that they exchange the isolation for a behavior that aims to bring peace to people who could not be there. The monks are leaving from the cloistered existence to carry out the sacred mission of taking to all their love, everything that they conquered through the resignation and the habit, trying to awake for a more balanced life.

During my preaching, I always tried to take the knowledge. Convinced that I would not be able to enter in the hearts of everyone, my words would not have an echo, if the listener kept his heart closed to the new ideas, in the way of being understood. I knew that I could not, based on my information, bring any benefit to those who denied it, those who had their hearts closed, but I also knew that I could not maculate the basic right of each one, that means the freedom.

I am very happy about being able to convey you this message, joined to a Being which I admired so much and I still admire, the one that is an example of love and kindness. I feel very happy to convey this message joined to Virgin Mary. Then, I say to you, cultivate the love, and look for new experiences. One always wins by undergoing new experiences. Base your lives on changing. Change your lives and you will be happier and will bring more happiness for all who are under your influence.

When I embodied here, I proposed myself to be a simple pilgrim, so great my will of conveying, through all Continents, everything that I had learnt in the temples of my dear India. I felt myself very happy for being able to help those who were lost, in a competitive world, wasting themselves by looking for pleasure. A big strength made me stronger and, even under great sacrifice, nothing could stop me, such my conviction of everything that I had learnt would be useful for everyone’s life.

I meditated very much and could check the effects that are produced in the mind. In this great effort of interacting with the Universe, it is found a state of peace.  I also learnt that this state of peace will be only constant if there is a firm determination and a great internal transformation.

Even studying the doctrine of yoga and of the oriental masters I always had a deep respect and a deep admiration for that who was the biggest symbol, the biggest example, Virgin Mary. The love that I cultivated, in my heart, and that I tried to convey to people is a result of a great admiration, for the mother's example and for the greatness of the Virgin Mary’s soul.

In a particular time of my life, feeling as an expert of many currents of the oriental philosophy, I asked Virgin Mary to provide me with strength and to be my guide in the journey that I began, yet young, disseminating everything that I had learnt. The wisdom of Lord Krishna’s words, Vedas and of the Hindu Masters, allied to her mother's love, made me learn that is not enough to utter lovely words and the whole teaching would be only efficient if  it were transmitted with feeling. For this reason, I tried to demonstrate the immense joy for getting allied the wise words of the Masters to the immense love that Mary's heart made eternal like a symbol. In my lectures, I told to always look for the way of balance and this balance is just built by justice, tolerance and charity.

Master Krishnamurti, whom I had the honor to live with, said that it is worthless the knowledge of great literature if the   heart is closed. How your heart will open, if you cultivate good examples and open your feelings, giving yourselves the opportunity for being better and better.

I always be beside of whom fights for a better world and tries to change in order to improve.

By changing we will get closer of Whom that made us.

Master Krishnamurti, in his last message, told you a phase of his life, in which he felt satisfaction when he was called Master, and now, after disembodied, feels so small in front of the greatness of so evolved Beings that distinguished and distinguish themselves for their great wisdom and constant practice of the Universal love.

Nowadays, if I could say some words to whom they say are my followers, I would say to them: I do not feel condign, I did nothing that made me worthy. I do not deserve you call me Master.  I feel so small because I see that the way which I followed is still primitive. I see that I am not able, even by trying to have a worthy life. I feel so small, near the mysteries of the Universe, near the greatness of the Beings that were and are able to transform hearts.

Master Buddha, spirit of such greatness, helps as an example, for who want to, through their behavior, contribute for a better world. Masters such as Jesus Christ, Buddha, Krishnamurti, enlarged with their passages and examples of wisdom, the life and the existence of the Earth. They brought, mainly, by their examples, the good news that the Earth would be able to be better if its inhabitants were worried about being better and better.  However, there is only one Being able to transform your heart: YOU. If you do not want, no one will be able to change your life.

 Men and women dream about going to India, expecting to find the deepest answers to everything that afflict their souls, as if an Indian were able to, through his culture and example, transform and change. Wrapped in the mystery of people from Indian, transformation may happen, but, they will be only solid, if there is a personal commitment to change of attitudes, thoughts and words.

So many people have already said that changing is basic condition of progress, not only for the inhabitants of this Planet, but for any Being in the Universe. The Creator told you that, He would never feel relaxed;   He would never feel satisfied with being stagnated, as the level of knowledge, as the level of behavior. 

Master Krishnamurti told you about the great value of simplicity. Simplify your lives.

When your way weighs or does not bring you any answers, do not be afraid of looking for another. Everyone will find the best way and there will always be a new way. Who chose the way of justice, tolerance, kindness and charity will not regret themselves.

As Virgin Mary told you not to attach to small feelings; intolerance, hatred, bitterness and jealousy are smaller feelings. The man’s heart is pretty sublime to save these feelings that, certainly, blemished your spirits and will give you back diseases. A life of bitterness, rage and intolerance is a lost stage.

We felt pretty impressed by the words of whom opened great horizons, not only for her admirers, all of us feel the greatness, the purity and the immense Light that emanates from the Virgin Mary’s heart.

Take advantages on this opportunity, feel the effects for the mind and body of a life turned to tolerance, charity and kindness. Love and help out even who despise you. The results will be always gathered, under the law of merit.

Today when a great Nation invokes its Patron, I feel deeply honored for being able to transmit you this simple message.

I graduated in India, but I thought all those teaching were well tight to my country and the countries around. So, I decided to carry the sacred words to America and created a Foundation, directed to prepare and teach everything I had learned at schools and into the temples of India.

It was difficult to them understand me, the people, even the monk, turned to things of pleasure and matter. Thank to Buddha, Krishna and the great Avatars, I managed to create a conscience in which the western world would have to change. Cultivate more values of the spirit,  interact with the Universe to, through the meditation, get a mental and spiritual traineeship that took them to understand the biggest values that govern the man with his similar and with the Nature.

The same ideas are always repeated because they are basic to the spiritual development and up to the material of the human being. The human being is made as the Creator, then it is endowed with values of this Creator. As this has free will, it is dismiss and, from this on suffers and makes people suffer.

Meditate, do a training to be better. Be training it is managed to improve, more tolerance is gotten, less judgment and more kindness, by training the character is changed.

The world will be better when the people are better, there is no another way. Do not wait other ones improve; do not charge improvement from others, begin changing yourself and then the world around you is going to improve, under influence, consequently, the world is going to improve.

You see so many wars, so many deaths, result from lack of love. “If there were love there would not be war”, said master Krishna and it is true, the love is the only medicine against the violence. Violence against violence produces violence produces rage. Gandhi removed the English people from India preaching the love and the Indian people removed English from India practicing the love as well.

I thank all the people who participate actively in the Self Organization, spreading what we preach as a way for the existing a bigger balance among the people. People who, through meditation, try to meet themselves, meet the Creator to discover the biggest of all benefits, that it is the individual changing. The meditation technique leads mainly to an awakening of the conscience for the inner change. It is not just meditation, meditation without sublimation does not touch the spirit for the necessity of changing, the sublimation awakes in the soul the way for changing.

The changing is the only way in order to regenerate ourselves, in order to change our behavior and stay next to the Creator. For the free will we can be good or bad. It is a choice, and we will have consequences on our choice.

Master Buddha protects all of you and Master Krishna, who is the God of Love, is always with you.
